This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process and deliver orders placed through our website.

Additional delivery charges may apply if an order needs to be shipped again due to incorrect customer-provided information or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts.

We take care when preparing and packaging our products.

If your order arrives damaged, opened, incorrect, or with items missing, please contact Natural Secrets as soon as possible after receiving it.

Please provide:

• Clear photographs of the parcel
• Photographs of the affected product(s)
• Photographs of the shipping label where relevant

Please keep the original packaging until your issue has been reviewed.

Eligible claims will be handled according to our applicable return, refund, or replacement policy.

Natural Secrets gift boxes are packed with extra care.

If you are ordering for a birthday, wedding, celebration, corporate event, or another special occasion, we recommend placing your order well in advance because courier delivery dates cannot always be guaranteed.
